Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) programs provide interdisciplinary 培训 to enhance the 临床 expertise and 领导 skills of professionals dedicated to caring for individuals with neurodevelopmental and other related developmental disabilities (DD), 包括自闭症谱系障碍(ASD), 在他们的一生中.

The 人力资源发展部 (DMCHWD), part of the 健康 资源 and Services Administration’s Maternal and Child 健康 Bureau, provides national 领导 and direction in educating and 培训 our nation’s current and future leaders in MCH. The division also provides 领导 through state and 以社区为基础的 capacity-building programs.

Special emphasis is placed on the development and implementation of interprofessional, 以家庭和人为本, 以社区为基础的, and culturally responsive systems of care across the entire life course.
